She has 30+ years of experience in the administration of 401(k) Defined Contribution Plans, and has worked for several top institutions such as Charles Schwab, Wachovia, Federated, Dreyfus, and Price Waterhouse. She has a broad experience with web-based applications and is inventive and resourceful in developing and implementing solutions with an awareness of cost, efficiency, deadlines, and value to the customer. She was an articulate and effective trainer at Charles Schwab Trust Company on the SchwabRT ASP Recordkeeping Software.
Having excellent interpersonal and organizational management skills, as well as the proven ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities. She is also dedicated to team goals, management objectives, and quality performance standards.
